Our hip pads were featured on a national television show. They said: “They’re great! But what happens in the bedroom?” The Shape ‘N Go underwear is the answer to this question! The large opening provides free access for all your “intimate needs” while allowing you to maintain your beautiful hourglass figure in the bedroom.

Integrating with other crossdresser clothing items

  • Many of our customers have traditionally used compression garments or tights to keep their hip pads in place. This has been a great interim solution but had some drawbacks. The high waist is great for providing tummy-shaping and compression, however every time you used the bathroom, you’d have to remove your corset or waist cincher in order to lower the garment. The new Shape ‘N Go garment allows you to keep your corset or waist cincher in place.
  • For those who wish to tuck, we recommend wearing your tucking gaff over your Shape ‘N Go shapewear, whether it be the simple fabric gaff, or the sexy and revealing Selene labia gaff.
  • Finally, consider a pair or two of our beautiful dance tights in the color of your choice. Diana adds fishnets over them for a camouflaged nude leg look.

    I absolutely love, love, love, my body shaper. At the risk of repeating the other positive reviews, I would like to add my positive review. I’ve had mine now for about 2months , and decided to wait to receive my hip and butt pads before giving them the “true test”. They passed with flying colors, holding everything in place while using less adhesive on the pads. They fit snugly and give me the confidence that the pads will stay in place. And of course, going to the bathroom is a most obvious benefit. My one suggestion is that they should be available in black as well as nude. I think they would be a little easier to hide under certain types of clothing and give a more camouflaging effect.

    The ONLY reason I don’t give these a 5-star rating is that they don’t have inner sleeves to hold your hip pads. That would make them Perfect. As they are, however, they are essential for holding the pads in place, and they are absolutely convenient. Get them as small as you can wear so they hold you together and disappear under whatever you put on over them. Mine disappear under a single pair of pantyhose (which also makes for an effective gaff. HIGHLY recommended. I just hope that DressTech comes out with a 2.0 version with inner sleeves! (Hint, hint!)

      Thanks for the great feedback. Our experience has shown that hip pads need to be against the skin in order to blend perfectly. If they are in a pocketed garment, there are 2 problems: 1) They aren’t adhering to anything, so they slide down; and 2) the seam created by the pocket is exactly counter to “seamless” blend down your thigh. We are thrilled that you are happy with the Shape ‘N Go garment.

    These are wonderful! Order a size smaller than you think you need. I ordered these through my Amazon Account (…now I order stuff direct 😉 ) along with the “Big Girl” Silicone Crossdressing Hip Pads. They work great!

    I measure 34″ around the navel and bought size XL (32″). It was not too tight. The legs were 3″ longer than short my hip pads so I chopped and hemmed. Wore them for the first time Saturday and trips to the ladies room were faster and more natural. Better than the shape wear I was using and had custom rigged myself.
