Amazon Infringement

Dear Amazon

After conducting multiple test purchases, we have determined that BIMEI has willfully infringed upon our intellectual property to an egregious extent. BIMEI copied our patent-pending ornamental product design, packaging, instructions, illustrations, listing copy, product name, trade dress and product images. Not only is this a violation of our intellectual property rights, but it is misleading to your customers. I kindly request that you remove the following ASINS due to severe and intentional infringement.

Patent-Pending Ornamental Design: We designed our product with a distinct and patent-pending decorative edge. Several of the BIMEI products have copied our design exactly.

Left: BEMEI product    Right: Original DressTech product

Product Name: We named our product “Tuck Yourself” and BEMEI has copied our product name in several of their listings.

Product Packaging: You can see below that BIMEI shamelessly copied our own product packaging and trade dress.

Left: BIMEI packaging     Right: Original DressTech packaging

Product Instructions: All of the BIMEI tucking tape products came with a copy of our own product instructions. In 2021, we hired a medical illustrator named Rosa Marin Ribas to design these instructions. The instructions, including all copy and illustrations therein, belong to us.

Listing Copy: BIMEI copied much of our listing text.

Product Images: Although BEMEI has stopped using our own images on their Amazon listings, it is worth noting that they continue to use our own images in other marketplaces. I personally shot these images with a Cannon 90D and they belong to me.

Evidence of First Use: We designed the DressTech “Tuck Yourself” kit in December 2020. The product was listed on procrossdresser.com on 04/25/2021, and on Amazon.com on 09/22/2021. BIMEI subsequently copied our products and listed them on Amazon in 2022 and later.
