Our policy is to be

Returns: Most items are eligible for returns or exchanges. Within 10 days of receiving your order, please navigate to www.ProCrossdresser.com > Your Account > Orders > Returns or contact us at Info@ProCrossdresser.com. You will be provided with return instructions, including a return address and Return Authorization Number.

Restocking Fees: Please note that certain items are subject to a small restocking fee. For example, for sanitary reasons, silicone hip pads will incur a 15% restocking fee. This information is displayed on the “Returns” tab of the product information page. 

Refunds: Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs and insurance (recommended). However, DressTech will provide a pre-paid mailing label if you received a damaged product or if we made a mistake with your order.

DressTech takes your privacy very seriously. Your credit card statement will say “Delta Molding LLC”. Your order will arrive in a plain box and the return address field will say “DT”.

During the checkout process, information is collected strictly for the purposes of fulfilling your orders and providing you with customer service. We do not rent or sell information to other parties.

Whenever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted via a secure payment gateway. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the web address bar.

Newsletter subscriptions are by opt-in only and subscriptions may be canceled at any time. We do not send unsolicited E-mails.
